Registering for the 2009 TLS Annual Gathering is a breeze!

You may choose from one of the registration forms offered below. Complete the form and we’ll take care of the rest. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check or money order. Downloadable forms that can be emailed, faxed, or sent postal mail appear just below the links to the online forms.
If you are paying by check or money order, you are be able to complete the entire online registration form and indicate your preferred payment type. There are instructions in the form where to postal mail your payment. These instructions will also be repeated via confirmation email once your form is submitted.
A separate form must be completed for each person registering. Feel confident in knowing the online registration process takes place in a secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
SPECIAL INCENTIVE: All Fully Paid Registrations received by May 30, 2009, will have their names entered in a drawing for prizes, including a Lifetime Membership to The Labyrinth Society (a $1,250 value). To be included, the registration must be submitted will full payment received by May 30, 2009.
Early Bird registrations received by July 15, 2009, save $100 with the Early Bird discounted rate.
A note about accommodations at Edgefield: Be advised that Edgfield Lodge rooms do not have private baths. Lovely bathrobes are provided with the rooms, and individual bathing/toilet rooms are located in the hallways. If you desire standard hotel facilities, you may register as Off-Site and make your own hotel reservations.
We recommend the nearby Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites, 866-312-0073.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: AS OF JUNE 20th - NO MORE KING OR DOUBLE QUEEN ROOMS (TWO BEDS PER ROOM) ARE AVAILABLE - DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND INCREASED EARLY REGISTRATIONS THESE ARE ALL NOW FULL AND HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS. IF YOU REQUIRE ACCOMMODATION OF THOSE TYPES, PLEASE BOOK AT BEST WESTERN AND SELECT OFF-SITE OPTION WHEN REGISTERING FOR THE GATHERING.

TLS SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of Annual Gathering scholarships are available to TLS members. A separate scholarship application form is only available on request. Scholarship recipients are required to register via postal mail. If you are interested in this option, please contact the Registrar.
The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is July 1, 2009.
