Registration Forms and Information
REGISTER ONLINE
Choose from one of the registration form options below, complete the form and we’ll take care of the rest. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check or money order.
If you are paying by check or money order, please complete the entire online registration form and indicate your preferred payment type. There are instructions in the form where to postal mail your payment. These instructions will also be repeated via confirmation email once your form is submitted.
A separate form must be completed for each person registering. Feel confident in knowing the online registration process takes place in a secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
TO REGISTER NOW for the Annual Gathering online, please choose from one of the following options:
- I am a current member of the Labyrinth Society
- I belong to an organization that has a Labyrinth Society membership
- I am not a current member but would like to become one
- I am not a current member and would not like to become one
CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY – Refunds available are: before September 1st - 100%, September 1st to October 1st - 50%, after October 1st - no refunds. All refunds will be paid by check in US funds. No credit card refunds will be issued.
REGISTER BY POSTAL MAIL - NOTE Early Bird Discount is available through July 31, 2010, for Mail-In Registrations.

TLS SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of Annual Gathering partial scholarships are available to TLS members. Separate scholarship application form is available here. Scholarship recipients are required to register via postal mail.
The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is July 1, 2010.
