TLS Annual Gathering

A Call for Presenters

The 2009 Workshop Presentation Selection Process is now CLOSED and workshop selections have been made.  Thanks to everyone who submitted a proposal for consideration, the selection process was difficult as so many wonderful proposals were offered to fill a limited number of workshop slots.

Watch the Gathering Schedule page for a listing of the exciting workshops that will be offered at the 2009 Gathering.

The Selection Process
Each year the Labyrinth Society Annual Gathering Planning Committee invites labyrinth facilitators, scholars, writers, and artists to submit a written proposal and outline for a presentation/workshop to be held each year during the TLS Annual Gathering.   A Call for Proposals is found on this page near the beginning of each year and is also announced in the TLS member e-newsletter.

If you are selected
Presenters at the Gathering will:

  • Gain visibility and recognition of expertise
  • Receive an honorarium of $150.00 per workshop. (Co-presenters share this fee)

Additional imporant information
At the time of the presentation at Gathering, all presenters must be TLS members in good standing (annual dues paid) and fully registered for the Gathering.

Presenters will be responsible for providing all materials and handouts for presentations as well as a laptop and projector if needed for your presentation. Tables and chairs will be available in each workshop location.
