As the year comes to a close, the Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to you for all that you have done to support the mission of TLS. Your involvement in the organization assists us to “serve the global community by providing education, networking, and opportunities to experience transformation” through the labyrinth. When you volunteer your time to TLS, renew your membership, build a labyrinth, teach about labyrinths, host a labyrinth event, refer others to the website, attend a gathering, or walk a labyrinth you uphold the purpose of the organization.

There is a Chinese proverb that says that one generation plants the trees and the next generation enjoys the shade. This concept applies to labyrinths as well. The number of labyrinths that have been constructed is changing the world and creating a legacy for the next generation.

We are proud of the work that TLS has accomplished this year. There is more work to do and we need your assistance to reach our goals. As you begin preparing for 2009 taxes, thoughtfully consider a tax-deductible donation to TLS. A donation to TLS is a gift to all of us in the form of support for ongoing and future projects.
