Katja Marquart's professional work is based in spatial and design-related disciplines, with a background in Interior Design. Currently, she holds a position with the Division of Interior Architecture at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.

Through her creative research and professional activities, she emphasizes sustainability and balance, while exploring the transformative character of built and natural environments. Labyrinths play a significant role in many of these activities, serving as tool, object, and symbol. For over ten years, she has been working with labyrinths by facilitating workshops, designing labyrinth spaces and labyrinth-related experiences for a diverse audience. She is a Veriditas-trained Labyrinth Facilitator and has also been trained at the Reiki Master level. She feels honored to be a member of TLS, and is committed to furthering labyrinth-related topics and engaging new generations of labyrinth enthusiasts.
